8-4 Ping pong or Pool in the Pool Room

9:30am New Taiji Quigong class(Tai Chi)     We will continue to practice basic Taiji and Quigong and will learn a new Qigong Form.  We will use a     Taiji stick which will help you to improve the condition of your whole body– especially for arthritis.  Taught by Guo Cheng and her assistants.   
8am-2pm Pool(Men) Come check out our terrific pool room. We have cues & expert  players who will help you learn. 

9:30am: Stretch Exercise Join us for this popular stretching class for standing or chair. It’s easy and fun!

10:30am TOPS --This group meeting has been discontinued.

1pm:Painting-  Painting with Maxine Reynolds $5 per class.

12:30pm: Bunco  --Wednesdays April 1st & 22nd.

1pm: Pinochle Meets in the library, a fun and lively group.

5-6:30pm Community Meals of Blaine   Everyone welcome.  Donations accepted

10:30am: Handicrafts:  All handicrafts are welcome: quilters, knitting whittling, painting, embroidery, crochet, tatting etc. …... Men and women are both welcome to come exchange ideas, visit, trade patterns, start and finish projects and just hang out.

11am: Blood Pressure: The fire dept. sends folks over to take blood pressure--see where yours is today!

6 pm: Pinochle

12:30 BINGO: Come play bingo with us. (Donated prizes welcome!)   

Pool hours The Pool room is available for use at all times  and to all members when the center is open.  See schedule above for planned pool activities, but come in when you want to use your cue and sharpen your skills! We have cues here at the center for your use, also.

Strength Training Room Open from 8-4 Monday- Friday and Saturdays 9-1.  All those who use the gym must be a current member and have taken the Strength Training class offered at the senior centers throughout the county.   Please do not use the strength training equipment when the training class is in session.

Next Strength Training Class begins
 Monday, June 1st: 2pm &3pm Strength Training Classes Begin $60 class fee. Preregistration, membership at the Blaine Senior Center and  a medical release (pick up a packet) are required.  . You must be a current member to sign up.   Must be a minimum of 50 years.  Next class sessions will  start Monday, June 1st.  Will meet at 2 or 3pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and first 4 Fridays of the class.  6 Week class.
